Can't wait to see how it Runs!
I am working on a mod to install a Rancho Gas Tank in MYMXT-2S.
You might be interested in that Mod to Feed that Big Block!

Once our forever container clears customs, we will have taller fuel tanks to replace the mxt-2s stock tank, the .21 version uses a taller tank.

Yeah, I might (if I'm lucky, which I usually am, LOL!) get 1-3 minutes on a tank of fuel...LOL!.....
That is almost as bad asa drag car with a 502 cubic inch chevy........
I had to re-do the lower mount cause it was too short(for my likings) on one side.
The upper mounts are done. Had to raise the engine up and to the right to clear the rear upper deck and the right side chassis guards.
I can't really say if this mod would work on the MTR-2S as of yet.... I think if it did the engine head would stick above the roof on the truggy body...... Which would look pretty mean as long as you didn't skid on the roof and scrapethehead...
We'll see.......

Can you post a pic of the Rancho tank beside the MXT-2S tank?
I'm curious as to how much bigger it is.....

RE: Got something up my sleeve!
Engine mount is DUN!
Gotta make some spacers to raise the throttle/brakes servo up 1/4".
Also gotta make a new brake arm that is raised also. I should be done this weekend.
Gotta get me an air filter and exhaust system..
What exhaust system and air filter would you guys recommend for this Axial .28? This is my first big block, so I am clueless.....

I like our chrome 1/8 setup, its part 81084, its a nice setup, springs on the header and really wakes an engine up, not much out there can compare at that price.
