Alright Guys Sin City Jets Rally 2010 in Las Vegas, NV. Is Coming up rather quickly. NOV 4,5,6 2010. This will our 4th year and expect all you guys who missed the last couple of years to be there!

This year, we will be starting the event on Thursday, since most people travel home on Sunday anyway. So Thurs - Sat night will be the official event, with everyone welcome to stay and hang-out on Sunday, if they like. We do have overnight camping available, however the good seats go fast. Get their early for motor-home / bus parking right next to the field. Late arrivals will be just to the south of the field. Motor home parking will be where it says "Vendor" Area of the picture.

The runway is 700' x 75'
We will have kero and smoke for purchase on-site.

On-site food will be available, with some fast-food and convenience stores close-by.

The "near" hotels are Sunset Station, Boulder Station, (best price) Fiesta henderson, Green Valley Ranch (nicest, most expensive), and then of course the strip (sky's the limit). If you do plan on staying downtown, "old" downtown (4 queens, golden nugget, Binions, etc) will be closer than the main strip hotels. If you need any help or info, let me know.

Hi,
I'll be coming along just to watch and take photos for a UK magazine. It is not practical to bring my jets from Scotland.
I hope it will not be a problem getting in without registering, and without a model?

I have been to the last two TOC events there, great site.

One other thing. Do you have an address or lat/long for my GPS?
I've never had to find it myself. The Sahara laid on a coach for the TOC event.

How is the weather over there? it's getting chilly in Scotland now, flying season about over.
I will be driving around before the event, from LA to Yosemite maybe or Palm Springs, and then up to Las Vegas. I'd better get booked.

Any trade at your jet show, or is it just a Fly-in?

Ahhh, the weather is beautiful this time of year. We are having a little rain this week, which we need. But so far, every year has been absolutely beautiful. Probably equivalent to your summer weather!

As far as vendors, we have some that come in and sell their wares, anyone is invited to sell FOR FREE!!d!

But it is mostly a chance to fly, enjoy the weather, and then go out at night and enjoy vegas!

Let me know if we can do anything for you on this end

Tonight the trailer gets hooked to the tug and we will be ready to roll out first light (or before) tomorrow! Should be on station early! We are going to try to break out event record on gallons of fuel burned. Going to be a great time and the weather is nearly perfect!

Can't wait to see everyone there!

Just wanted to thank everyone who came out and enjoyed 3 days of the best flying weather we have had all year. Sunny, no wind, no clouds, and temps at 80 degrees. It couldn't have been any better. Another big thank you to the sponsors of the event who went above and beyond this year. A special thanks to Mark Taylor and Matt West who brought out two Vegas decorated Strykers and paintball paraphernalia for a noon-time paintball shoot (the club really appreciated the extra income!!), and a special thank to the Las Vegas Radio Control Club for allowing us to use the field and for all the hard work they provided in making sure everyone was fed and the event was run safely.
