gas not going into engine
hello all, i have a tmaxx 3.3. i've been trying to run it the past 2 days and it won't start. it has the ez-start system and i use a glow plug igniter not the blue wire. all that is fine but it looks like i'm not getting fuel into the engine. the gas line was only half filled with fuel so i took it off and the line on the pipe and blew through it to get the fuel moving. that work and the line was full. after trying to start it a bubble formed in the line and it just seems like it's not getting any fuel. engine sounds like it wants to turn over but just won't. this was all with a new glow plug also. please help, this is my first nitro. but i've had no problems with it untiil now! thanks

RE: gas not going into engine
Change out the fuel tubing, although it still might be ok anyway. Then take the line off your pipe (that goes to the tank)and blow into it with the throttle wide open. Watch for the fuel to hit the carb then stop. You'll hear it too, make sure you don't flood it. Also make sure you have a good glow battery.

i agree, when i prime i use a extra peice of fuel tubing and attach it to the pressure nipple on the tank and blow with carb open untill i see it squirt out in the ventury of the carb.
