Newbie, and i need advice! TTR for 1st nitro?
Hello! im brand new on here, and pretty new to RC cars, years ago i used to "race" a tl-01, and recently dug it out, sold it, bought a cheap ansmann macnum, which ive wrecked, but now want to get into nitro. i only know basics from watching youtube, and have only been interested in a TTR eb4 s2 as the guy at the model shop recommended it, and its a good price.
1st, is it a decent car to start with?
and also, has it been discontinued, and am i going to struggle with parts if anything decides to break?
im not sure if its the proor just the s2, is there much of a difference between .21 and .28 engines?
Id be grateful for any help!

You could do a hell of a lot worse than Thunder Tiger. It's a bit of an unknown brand, as while they are the parent company of AE they don't release much car stuff on their own, but they're not poorly built or unreliable.
Just out of curiosity what price were you quoted?

Yeah ive tried reading up on them and there dont seem to be any complaints or bad reviews. im newish to rc, recently, but not a bad driver, so i wanted something quick. Do thunder tigers have the potential to be quick?
im in the UK, and i was quoted £235 but that was for the full kit, car RTR, 2.4 radio, starter kit, tools, fuel etc, basically everything but batteries.
Im not sure what that would be in US dollars, but does it sound reasonable to you?
