What has happened to service after the sale?
In may of last year thought i would put together an electric, Done some research and went with Grayson Hobbies in Ga. close to home Veteran owned seemed to be interested in hobby bought a couple of foamy Dynam A.R.F."s no major problem. Then i took the plunge into something bigger so i bought a Grayson Motor big enough to fly a 60 size a 100 amp speed control and two 6 cell GRAYSON Gold series batteries. Now you say Right on!!!!!!
Never put it together and a few months later sold to a friend for what i paid for it $200 After lying around his shop he install"s the everything but the motor whenyou would give it throttle woud really drag and would not rev. up.
He after awhile sent it back to (GRAYSON HOBBIES) and they recieved the motor
Now instead of calling the customer and explaining the situation of what it would take to correct the problem they elected to throw on the shelf and do nothing.and now they are not sure where the motor is and the only excuse they could give me today was WE ARE HERE TO MAKE MONEY!!!!!!
I AM SURE GLAD DA DOESN"T WORK LIKE THAT.

Test everything soon after buying it?
No vendor or mfr has any real responsibility, other than possibly "customer courtesy"
after that much time has passed.
