Help! Astro 020 Heli brushless motor work on a 20-30 0z Plane slow stick?
Will I be able to use astro 020 motor corona brushless meant for a helicopter transfer to a 20 to 30 0z GWS slow stick Plane? I wanted the extra power for AP (aerial Photograpghy). I have a 11volt thunder power 2100 mah with 35 amp castle creation I want to mate this with. will it work?

Direct drive Astro 020's are used as a hop up motor for 20+ oz. Zagi's Makes them go really fast. If you gear it, put a large diameter prop on and put it on a slow flyer, it would work. The trick is to get the right gearing, the right sized prop, the right current draw, the right pitch speed for the planes requirements...
