H9 Cap 232 Landing gear
I've been using the one from Troybuiltmodels.com on mine. The stock gear broke while taxiing after the first flight. H9 sent me a new one, but I just keep it as a spare.

Ah, the carbon fibre gear makes the model present better in the air...improves scores. I only said that because that's what the pattern guys say about their planes when they throw more money at them. Some day I'm going to figure out what "presentation" means. Until then, I just hope the judges base their score on the rule book and geometry.

Looks aren't everything. The TBM CF gear is quite a bit lighter than the stock aluminum gear. I picked up a set for my Cap as well as my (soon-to-be-acquired) DP Ultimate back when they were closing out the non-colored stock. Paid $20 bucks apiece.

Troy Built Models landing gear
Well I recived my CF gear from TBM, installed it on my new H9 cap 1/4 and took her to the field for the maiden flight. The very first landing the gear delaminated on both sides of the gear, first landing!! Called and talked to Rosea who would not refund my money. After talking for a while, she tells me they have know about a bad run in the CF landing gears ! The picture was taken the day before.
