Default Great Planes Super Stearman ail flutter

The Great Planes Super Stearman developed severe aileron flutter. How do I stop it? Any help would be appreciated.[]

First, make sure that your aileron linkage is TOTALLY slop-free. Next, if your gaps aren't sealed, seal them. If they ARE sealed, try unsealing them.

Sailmaker,
I suggest that you consider the following possible solutions:
- Servos have sufficient torque rating and gears are not worn.
- If you're using one aileron servo per side, temporarily remove the pushrods and check ailerons for binding. (See followin for details: http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_19...tm.htm#2129070 )
- Servos are mounted properly.
- Linkage has minimal ("zero") slop.
- Select pushrod holes to provide maximum servo deflection for the control surface deflection used.
- Install additional supports for push rod guides.
- Seal the control surface gaps (always).
- Slow down!!!

CAUTION!!! Check your servos and hinges carefully before flying again!!! Others have reported their GP SS's crashing because of hinge failure due to binding caused by differential throw of upper and lower ailerons!

I think your solution is in here somewhere!
