a 50% size would be cool...the GP one is small, and still is 25%...so a 50% would be in the 120" range...DA200, would be a good old style unlimited pylon racer..

yeah, 50% or so would be cool. I would like to find one for my DA-150. As well-known as the Shoestring is, you would think a Giant-Scale version would be available.

That is definitely close to what I am looking for. I'll bet a ZDZ 50 or a DA 50 would zip it along pretty nicely. Thanks for the Heads-Up!

You might try www.usrainfo.org for giant scale formula 1 racers. Last I knew Horndog racing had a kit of a giant scale shoestring. His Ph. as posted is 310 212 0764.

Speaking of Ed Rankin, I have one of his design 42% Giant shoestring 96 inch one piece wing, about 28-30 pounds when its all said and done! He built it also back in 1995.
