Hey Swick ole buddy! Nice to hear your getting the Yak done. You gonna have it ready for the fly in in 2 weeks? If i had to use a 2 stroke id probably try the webra.

See you in Mempho!

Well the Webra certainly has a long history of awesome performance so you can't go wrong there. Although I'd bet it would be way overkill for the 65yak! On the other hand I have not run the Evolution 100 but so far all that I've heard was very positive on that line. Be good to hear some first hand bro experience on it. I know the Evolution engines that come with the trainer ARFs are very good and reliable. I've worked with several students at my field with that setup and they are virtually flawless.

I love mine with the Webra 1.20. You can't see it in the picture but I fly it with an 8 Oz. tank and usually land after a ten minute flight with a couple ounces left in the tankl. It is powerful enough that it seldom sees more than half throttle. Only time I use full throttle is in waterfalls and such and then only in very short bursts. It's great with the Bisson sport muffler and 5% fuel. [8D].........RJ

That sounds incredibly fuel efficient. Way more than my OS 91 at 12+ oz per flight.

Yes, it surprises me too. It is, in fact, better than the Webra .50 on my Accel Katana. I have a hard time getting a ten minute flight with the tank that comes with the Katana. I do admit that I am not near as 'throttle happy" as most of the flyers in my club. [8D][8D]...RJ
