Is anybody flying this plane yet? I'd be interested to hear what engine choices everybody is going with. I took delivery of mine last week and it's a great looking ARF, very high quality, well built and covered. I just haven't decided what engine to go with as of yet.

Default Laser

It flies well on a 91 and has unlimited vertical on a 120. Either 2 or 4 stroke.

Have you flown it? If so, What motor did you fly it with? Would it be unlimited with a 1.08?

Default laser

I flew one with a Saito 91 in it. It is a very light airplane. The 108, with the right prop, might be able to pull out of a hover. An under $200 TT or GMS 120 definately would.

Default 2 Engines

I have 2 engines at my disposal. An ASP 1.08, and an OS1.60. The 1.08 all up is 28.3oz, the 1.60 all up(Muffler, prop nut etc.), is 38oz. I decided to start with the ASP, as the plane is pretty light, and at 827sqin of wing, I don't want to drop in the 1.60 unless the 1.08 is really shy on power.
