how did this happen?
this is my delrin spur gear that I just got. Was the slipper spring just to tight? Any help would be great. I seem to be having a problem with my spur gears.

guess Ill just get a small stock of them untill I get it figured out. So in the bashing around in the dirt it should be pretty tight right? What about running up and down the street?
