wingburner,
Yep, it scoots , but slows down very nicely for landings. It is not a fast airplane, like the Extra260. Right now I have a fresh (10Gl LBA + 3GL Saber) DA150, swinging an Airmodels32x11 at 6000 on the ground, and it's very responsive.

RE: Comp-Arf MX2
wingburner,
Just came back from a fly in this weekend. At the fly in were also Composite-ARF SX and a 3.0m Extra. The owner of the SX, a very good free style pilot, commented after seeing my MX2 fly, that it does everything just like the SX, the SX just does it 10% slower. My MX2 still has CG for IMAC flying, and I need to do work on the stabs to get more throw, so mine still has plenty of room for improvement as a free style airplane. I really like the SX also and I may pick one up in the near future, I just don't know if I really will sell my MX2.

DKjens,
Thanks for the info...I was originally after a SX but they wouldn't have the one I wanted till January...Would've been soon enough but I wanted to try the MX2 also..
Talked to Gerhard on Saturday and he's sending me a 157...can't wait to get her in the air...Should ship today or tomorrow.....I'm envious of you guys' nice flying weather..I won't see that till April.
