Try the new Novak Rooster ESC, it was designed specifically for crawlers.

Add a Integy 35turn to 65 turn motor.

Any 45 to 65 turn motor work great. Integy is a favorite becuase they are cheap and work great.

Yoiu can also check out Holmes Hobbies, they make brushless setups specifically for crawlers and they work great! I have two Hyperions in my Super

Since this is a "winter" project, Id hold out for the Novak Goat crawler brushless. You wont be dissapointed.

The Novak setup is nice, byt a mamba Max will allow you to run brushed or brushless and allow you to program and update the ESC.

These are features the Novak lacks.

Bro, the novak is fully programmable and comes with the esc and brushless crawler motor. It is completely compatable with brushed and brushless motors. Where did you get your info? Plus, once you have it , why would you want to even run a brushed?
