Just from sheer voltage, NO. That TP 2100 is a 11.1 volt, yes?
What you have to watch out for is what motor you are trying to drive.
If you put a motor that only pulls 15a, then you're golden.
Try to drive a motor that wants 25+ amps, you're asking for failure.
