Default Where to find control horns? Help!

I'm been looking all over the web and my LHS but can't find these control horns anywhere. Does anyone know where I can order them from?

The horns I'm talking about are on the end of this elevator coupler in the pics. Take a look. I have Gator coupler, but it's horns are to close to the fuse. I need to extend them out to line up with the elevator horns. I'm going to replace the gator system with a longer rod, but need the ends.

Anyone able to help out?

Sorry, guys! I called the MK coupler a Gator coupler.

The MK is what I have now. It's too short. The long one is not an option either.

Cheers!
