Water Manifold Problem
I tried to fit my header pipe and 2 piece water manifold on to my SIKK 26.
The first plate fits the exhaust ok, but when I try to put the pipe through the second it stops about 3/8 " of the flange on the pipe going in flush.
It looks like the pipe is out of round and binding up in the hole in the manifold plate.
There were no instructions with the pipe and manifold but I don't see anything I've done wrong.

RE: Water Manifold Problem
If its an ali header pipe just twist and push the flange till it works its way on mine was tight like that i just twisted it back and forth a few times and pushed and it slid on, these ali headers are very soft so if its not too tight that might work for yours?.If its out of round real bad as in squashed out of shape ditch it and get a new header , flanges should fit most headers so that shouldnt be a problem.

RE: Water Manifold Problem
Thanks Bently I was afraid to try and round the pipe.
I contacted O'Neil Bros today and they said to send it back and they would replace it for me.
They're great people to deal with
Mart
Where the header was bent it was real thin and I think twisting it in would have really bent it out of shape. The next header will be Stainless Steel!

Heck must be well out of shape glad you got sorted anyways, get a steel one you wont get any problems with them going out of shape and they run better too.
