If I'm reading that site right, what your buying is the controller, they then expect you to download the free trial version VRC, or the whole program. Your not getting a full simulator.

Yea thats what it looks like. That is a great price for a controller for VRC assuming it works with VRC. I think they charge $60+ for the VRC controller.
