RE: Sway bars
Don....
What Ed and Jay said is correct....
The anti sway bars are for Reducing Body Roll..
You can adjust them by making them Stiffer or Looser.
There is a COLLAR on each end of the sway bar. Loosen that collar and slide it INBOARD towards the center of the car. This will shorten/Stiffen the sway bar, making for LESS body roll.
Keep in mind, that if you get it TOO stiff, the suspension will be adversely affected. (Wont work for ****....lol)
Try different settings to see where YOU like it. Settings will vary from surface to surface and Driver to driver.
You can also Take em OFF, or run only a Rear sway bar......

RE: Sway bars
Uhhm......
I was taking a closer Look at the Sway bar set up and would like to Add to my above post.....
These sway bars have a Turnbuckle attached to them, and this Turnbuckle is actually the Adjustment mechanism.
Shorten/Tighten the turnbuckle and the sway bar will get Stiffer, resulting in Less body roll.
Lengthen/Loosen the turnbuckle to allow for More body roll.
