Having trouble with steering servo.
Hey guys need some help.
I have a Spektrum DSP75 steering servo hooked up to my Redcat Tremor XTG Truggy and it got to close to a gear and it ate thru one of the wires on it. I soldered the wires back together and wrapped it with duct tape.
Now the darn thing keeps turning hard right when I turn on the car. I do have the transmitter on when it does this.
So did I fry the servo or what?
Thanks for your help.

RE: Having trouble with steering servo.
It sounds like your servo is getting power, but not a signal from the transmitter. I believe you damaged the signal wire, so now your servo gets power and defaults to the right. Send it in to Spektrum and have the wires replaced.
