Default Motor Sprays

What is the best motor spray or cleaner on the market?[sm=confused.gif]

they're al about the same, i use the 'trinity dirtinator" spray and it works just fine. Some use other sprays, mind you all these sprays are downright smelly so use with adequate ventilation or you will go loopy on fumes [:'(]

I have Dynamite Magnum Force because that is the only motor spray my LHS had.

Non Chlorinated Brake Cleaner works as Good or better that those Sprays sold at hobby shops.....& it's Way Cheaper

the prob with break cleaner is it is verry toxic not like motor cleaner is not but break cleaner will eat threw plastic .

No it won't......The Chlorinated Brake Cleaner is the one that can harm plastic's and Leaves a white film.....the Non Chlorinated is the same **** they Sell at the Hobby Shop with a different label for 2 or 3 times as much.....

actually the auto cleaners leave a resudue that other cleaners don't, if you want to use that stuff, fine, but lets not get into a fight over sprays [8D]

Yeah it's always a better bargain to use non hobby brand stuff - they make a huge mark up and profit when all it is is some rebadged product you can obtain elsewhere.

I use about 90 - 100 psi of compressed air with one of those long skinny bent air gun nozzles. Put one of those rubber carb opening covers on before using the air gun though. It a also great way to blast debris out from around the glow plug because crud can fall in the hole when you remeove the plug.

Mineral spirits in a plastic spray bottle is good too.
