Test Stand Fuel Proof Suggestions
I need some information on how to give a new engine test stand (made from wood) a fuel proof clear coating....stand has been give 5 coats of WB Minwax poly as I received it...any suggestions on a final clear coat to protect?....I don't have access to spray equipment so would have to rattle-can or brush..

I used 30 minute epoxy on mine and thinned it down with 91% isopropyl alcohol like I had seen folks mention and brushed it on. I had never done that before and it stayed tacky for a couple days but once it cured it turned out ok I think: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/attac...mentid=2927263 I just C-clamp it to my workmate out in the yard and it does well.
