Default what foams to use for racing a 3.3

Hey guys just got a set of integy tires from the marketplace on here brand new I'm using prolines new tech 5 wheels 40 series since i plan on racing this season also using traxxas's 17mm hub adapters now here's my question what is some of the diffrent foam set ups that you find work well the tires remind me of bow ties any help would help btw it is a medium sized track with some technical sections and decent sized jumps and they water it pretty regulary. Also changed the shock oil to 50wt all around and the arms sit pretty even as of now also have red springs all the way around for now.It is a 3.3 with a resenator pipe plus I have to set up my new radio the airtronics 2.4 thanks for any help

I dont race my trucks but the tires/rimsI have on my white 4908 T-Maxx grab like glue and works on a few different types of terrain without any traction problems...I even could climb hillspretty easywith them but the best thing about them is the way they grip on asphalt. They are very firm feeling..I dont know what vehicle theyre from..They came in the boxas extraswith an OFNA mutilatorI bought as a roller from someone on ebay because it was cheaper to buy for the parts i needed after thrashing it than buying allthem new..Out of all my T-Maxxes I own the white one handles the best....
