The throttle linkage needs to be adjusted. Pull the servo horn off the throttle servo, center your trim setting and reinstall the servo horn so linkage is holding the throttle closed. (there should be a spring on your throttle linkage. Adjust the stops on the linkage to get the spring in the right spot.
You need to have the linkage set so when you let go of the trigger, the servo will center itself and should be holding the carburetor closed to idle position. If you hit the brakes and it stalls your engine, your servo isn't closing the carburetor all the way AND your idle is set too low.

Wait, wouldn't it be that it IS closing the carb all the way? I'm probably wrong because I'm just getting back into the hobby with my electric after 2 years of not doing it.
