Default 3906 A-arm conversion HELP

So it started when I bought RPM true track for my 3905 and started putting the stock A-arms and axle carriers onto my 3906 front end. Everything was great until I hooked up steering toe links. The stock 3906 ones were to short and the 3905 ones were slightly to long. Is there a different vehicles toe links I should use? I've seen other builds where they use 3905 bell cranks and everything but it seems a little unnecessary considering the small amount of overage there is with the 3905 toe links length. Anyone with insight would be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys.

Adjust the rod ends and then they should fit.

Tried that yesterday. The 3906 ends were as far out as I felt wouldn't strip on the first stressful jump and the 3905's were completely snug tight. Neither would fit still. The 3906 in fact was not even close when I only have a couple threads holding the rod ends on. Anything else maybe?

it is posible to get the proper toe links ! it took me like three times to get the right ones though !
i did not change my steering set up , i did have to go to revo spec drivelines and bearing carriers .
the easiest way to do it is take a tape measure to the lhs w/ you (after you measure the distance needed)
i also had to change the turn buckle ends as the new turnbuckles were bigger in diameter.
i CAN tell you that you will have to figure it out yourself most likely cause there is no info
on converting parts from one model to another , and all the hobby stores around here are lucky
unough to even know what a t maxx or e maxx is , let alone, which models parts will interchange with others !!

LOL oh gosh, you are probably right! Maybe I'll head over there tomorrow and see what I can find. Thanks for the info. So far I've got revo spec axles (which you don't actually need btw, only if you want to have more power) and axle carriers, I just couldn't get the toe right no matter what I adjusted. I'm going to take your advise and just bring the truck with me to the lhs. Mines actually not to bad. Older guys and like the monster truck scene. Thanks again!
