Default The FASTEST brush car...

what is the fastest brush Car, truck or buggie you know of?
yeah I know of the Brushless Traxxas stuff going 70 Mph, but does anyone know of a brush set up going this fast?

Generally brushed motors go in turns ie the lower the turns the more power ( ie higher rpms) it puts out, standard motors are 27turns as long as your esc can handle the amount of turns etc you should be fine i used to run a 7turn motor on a no limit esc it was good for 35-40mph on a decent battery but the motor windings burn out much quicker on low turn motors so you spend more money in the end getting the comms cut and new brushes so most go to BL instead, also BL maintaince is so low theres no piont unless race stated to use low turn motors anymore

I dont know if its the fastest but the VR3 found in the stock Vendetta ST is smoking fast for a brushed motor, of course it's only a 380 can and does burn out quickley
