So...
It's ok to steal as long as you're only 15? What is the cut-off age where it's no longer ok to steal???
If you don't get caught then you're not a criminal??? You admit that you stole. That's a crime and made you a criminal, jail time or not.
That last bit about downloads is sending me 2 messages.
First, as long as ''little Johnie'' does it it's ok for you to do it too.
Second, it's somehow wrong to care that others are stealing from people
And, for the record, I have had ''that little speach'' with several of my ''peers'' as well as my children when they were teenagers and am perfectly comfortable with looking ''nosy''.

Dude... its a 15 year old kid. I used to steal everything that wasn't nailed down. I was giving tips to adults at that age. 8 years later... Have I ever been to jail? No. Am I a criminal? No. I would like to see you give that little speech to one of your peers after finding out they download music, it would kind of make you look nosy.

i wouldnt really consider it stealing, its more like getting something you cant afford/ dont have intentions to pay for, like a young person buying a new WRX and then 3 months down the road having it repo'ed for non-payment

RE: What Happens When You Don't Pay
Making a mistake and correcting it is one thing and in my first post I reccomended that the OP just call and cancel the subscription.
But it's the "had no intention to pay for" part that makes it criminal. If someone buys something and later finds they cannot afford to make payments that, depending on how it's handled, is not necessarly criminal. Buying something with - no intentions - of paying for it is fraud, plain and simple and is a crime.
Since the OP has not posted back here with his original or current intentions I/we cannot say he is out to steal anything. And in my first post I said IF those were his intentions it would make him a thief. I did not say he is a thief and can/will not until he clairfies his intentions and they turn out to be criminal.

RC magazines have a tough enough time trying to make a profit. no need to rip them off.
be a man and call them to cancel.
