Default Breaking in a brushless motor

I just got my HPI Vorza Flux this week but I have not tested it out yet. I know back in the day there were some guidlines for breaking in a brushed motor. Are there any guidlines for breaking in a brushless motor?

Yes
1 Charge Battery
2 Put Battery into RC
3 Turn on radio
4 Turn on RC
5 Floor it, and have fun while avoiding curbs, mailbox's,small children/dogs, and cars

I've never run myself over. I have hit the side of my house before, though...

If you want to you could just oil the bearings if you want to get the longest lasting motor.

true
Hit my self once or twice with out of control RC's like when I stopped my savage flux, and it instead launched itself into the air and flipped on its lid and slid 12 feet on concrete into me. That did not feel very good at all but it could have been alot worst, I could have moved out of the way but if I did it could have potentially did property damage.

I offer 140 lbs of angry wife at light speed as a possible scenario that's worse...........

That's why it it's extra important to break in the wife properly unlike the brushless motor which requires none at all.
