To control the rear independently a dual stick controller would be best. Futuba makes some nice ones for around 100 and I am not to sure about quality but Turnigy makes a 9 ch for 60.

You can run 4ws with a pistol grip but you wont have any where near the control. And pistol grips are actually the cheaper radios. A good dual stick can really set you back but they are worth it when you need to be precise. Think of them more like a video game controller and you may find you prefer them.

I'm pretty positive the flysky fs-gt3b won't run rear steer. I own one and the 3rd channel is a push button on/off type of setup.

I second Reaper - I'm a fan of quality pistol grips for quick cars, like my brushless revo, but for a 4ws crawler like my recently dismantled stick, yeah it's got to be a dual stick.
I actually used a 4ch model from Tower that didn't cost much and has a static stick one side so you can set throttle and leave It's designed for planes, but is really good in a crawler set up imo. Didn't cost the earth either.
