The glowplug is fine and is charged i dont know wether i am flooding it or there is too much fuel going throught , but i can tell and hear that thje car is firing just not starting.

Try turning the idle screw to make the idle higher. Maybe it might not be getting enough fuel on the low speed needle. a good way to tell if it is getting to much fuel is if fuel pours out of the exhaust.
