There's a few different methods. You can bake the rims/tires in the oven to soften the glue up (temp Idk). You can also boil them in water which will loosen up the CA but ovb. you'll have to let the foams dry out and they will expand a bit to. The last method is to set them in acetone for a few hours since it will eat away the CA I caution you though using the acetone method-If your doing traxxas tires don't do the acetone-It will melt the tires and maybe the rims to same goes for most any other RTR tire. I know proline tires can handle the acetone though. Just test a little spot and if it melts the rubber or rim don't use acetone. I've done the boiling method and it works-Left the rim/tire in the boiling water for about 10 mins and they peeled right off, Never tried baking but may try it since it will be faster then boiling and you won't soak the foams. If your not re-using the foams then either method will be good.
