Are stadium trucks making a comeback?
The last, like, three issues of RC Car Action had extensive article on Stadium Trucks and everytime I go to an LHS lately, they seem to have more. Just wondering if they were becoming popular again.</p>

RE: Are stadium trucks making a comeback?
dunno but I can see how they would.
Something like this
SCT Racer 1: Hey I want to stabilize my SCT more lets add wider tires for turns
SCT racer 2: Yea and a more stream lined body
SCT Racer 1: Yea thats a good idea to minimize that annoying parachuting
2 weeks later their slash's looks exactly like rustlers

2WD SC built for "realism" with bumping during racing, floating handling to make it fun, a bit of body roll. Then people optimize and mod it to the point of a racing ST which we used to have. Heh.
I guess it's the nature of the beast - create a platform, open it to racing, and folks will optimize it best they can to get an edge. That's normal. But still funny to see in this case.

I hope they do. I started off with an RC10GT. Stadium trucks still hold a special place in my heart.
