DLE 20 Bent Crank - What Puller to Use for the Hub?
Crashed a plane over the weekend and bent the crank on one of my DLE 20s. What kind of puller do you guys use to get the hub off?

You can clamp the hub in a vise and heat with your heat gun, then hit the end of the crank with a hammer and drive it out. Thats howI did mine, no special tools needed.

That sounds very destructive?
In the case of a bent crank, it probably wasn't any good anyway, if in fact yours was bent? If it was a good crank, it wasn't any good anymore unless you put a nut over the end of the threads and hit the nut?
What about the vice marks on the hub?
