Default T-Spec

Hey guys I dug out my old T-Spec rolling chassis and thought I'd Put it into running shape for my 9 yr. old. Question is what can I put in it to get it running? Last time I was into cars this thing was new so it's been a while, but my son loves Rc cars and I fly Rc Planes so any help would be appreciated. Rick

Default RE: T-Spec

All the 1/10 electronics are compatible with this vehicle. A standard servo, 540 sized motor and an ESCof your choice will work. Not sure how fast you want it to go but, a brushless motor in the 4000KV range would be a comfortable start and still be fast. You can go up to 5000-6000KV if you want it to scream. If you don't want to invest that much yet then a 21T or 27T stock brushed motor would keep things reasonable and not be so fast that he can't control it.
