So I have been holding off on the TT mt4
I have been looking at a good Truggy for awhile now and am so close to pulling the trigger on the TT mt4. My question is... is there anything coming out that will surpass this truggy anytime soon?
Thanks!

Hey HalP!..
I recently got an MT4 G3, and really like it. As he said, value-for-money it would be extremely hard to beat. It's a very fun truck.

Okay, thanks for the replies. I have been debating it for about 7 months now and was waiting to see if something new ones going to come out but it doesn't seem like there is.

The TT E-MTA just came out - so it's the new thing.. But honestly, I considered it vs the MT4, but chose the MT4, because IMO the MT4 is simpler, and therefore likely to be more reliable. Also, just easier to work on. VERY easy to wrench on..

I can tell you this: there is a lot of talk around the internet about how tough the MT4 is. And, for an RTR, which is priced as well as it is, I think it is about as good as it gets. It frankly probably is tougher out of the box than a Savage Flux or E-revo, both of which cost a lot more.
That said, it's not indestructable. There are a few things that need to be addressed probably over time. The hingepins are weak, you should probably have a set of arms on hand, and some people say you need to rig up a chassis brace between the towers.
All that said, value-for-money, it does seem pretty hard to beat. Good electronics which are 6s capable, etc.. The value-for-money thing is what cinched it for me.
And... so far, so good. Very good...
Nothing spectacular, but here's a short clip of mine from last weekend...
