Default E-Maxx build

Hey guys having some issues with my E-maxx. The setup I'm running now is Mamba Monster 2 ESC, Feigao 7XL motor, and (2) 2s 5000 mah 45c lipos. The truck would cut out under throttle occasionally and jump around then take back off. Thought it was because my batteries couldnt supply enough power so I recently picked up (2) 3S 5000 mah 50c lipos and tried those out. So much more power but the cutting out seems to have gotten worse. Doesnt happen so much with the truck close to me, seems to happen more after ~30ft. Happens more with a lot of throttle, but still does it at a slow speed just not as harsh. Is this a battery issue or a receiver issue? Im kinda new to the lipo world so just trying to figure some things out. Thanks

Ok so I dont think its the batteries or lack of power supply. Its either interference or bad receiver. I have a powerline that goes across my front yard about 40 ish feet out from where I was standing. The E-maxx responds great right next to me but starts to cut out once it gets too far. It cuts out real bad when the truck is under the line so I think that might be the issue. Cant run in the back as the grass is waay too tall. Would junk batteries in my receiver cause this? Or is it most likely interference from the power line?
