Default Small sturdy RC car that always lands on its wheels wanted

Hey, I signed on here hoping someone would help me find a RC car that I want to be able to navigate a set course (just inside a small room), so it´s preferable that it is small (so the maze does not have to be so space demanding), that it lands on its wheels (I want to make the maze go upwards as well without "fences" so that when it falls off it will have to start over again), and the controller is in another room so it has to work through a wall. If it goes slow then thats more of a positive thing then negative. And of course I want it to be as cheap as possible, but looking for something that will last and not just fall apart after two weeks. All help is appreciated, especially if you could link to where I can order one or two of these. Thanx, -Marius-

There was something years ago that had huge tires and no real body. If it landed upside down it would still drive. Tyco may have made it but it was more of a little kids toy and not hobby grade quality. There is no hobby-grade vehicle on the market that will always land on its wheels......that I know of.
Good luck

Thank you for the response. Just to explain it a little better, I would be interested in a little kids toy as long as it was somewhat sturdy (could handle multiple falls from 3 feet). I realize this forum is for more advanced hobby based cars, but I am still hoping someone might know of a car that meets my strange requirements

Go on over to Amazon.com and search "rc cars". Maybe start at the 5~7 year old group. There is a bunch of stuff there that will function right side up or upside down.

thank you for the suggestions, and please keep them coming I took a look at the micro Losi, from what I could tell they would not flip on its wheels if they fell down, am I mistaken? Other then that I love it.

If you do an internet search for "RC CAR SELF RIGHTING" and you will find several options.
