The DLE20 is a good reliable choice. Sometimes the packaging can be a pain because of the rear carb. If that is the case look at the Evolution 20cc. It has the front carb like a glow engine and can save a lot of shop time.

I would go with the NGH 26cc from Agape racing. It has the front carb so you don't have to fiddle with that reed valve and everything is out where you can get at it. And its about $80 cheaper then the evolution,.

A quarter scale SE5a is going to be about the size of the BUSA Spad and D.VII. Most guys fly those on Zenoah G38s or DLE35s. I saw a video of one with a 50 and it was not overpowered.
Another consideration is that even that 50 cant turn a scale size prop. A 20cc prop might not even clear the cowl on the 5a.
