Default 3W 106 cranks breaking ??

Have heard a few references to 3W 106 cranks breaking in flight but sure don't see much about it on the forums. Does anyone have any information on whether this is a real problem or the result of an isolated incident.

I maybe mistaken but I believe this phenomenon was related to a few occurrences. Check with Cactus or AI.
