Does attaching 3inch extention wires to my ESC. SERVO,,and FAN. to plug into my receiver have any effect on the operation of these systems? I need to do this for the build I’m doing,,,,THANKS GUYS....

Under most circumstances, you should do fine, but increasing the number of connections and length of wire will increase the internal resistance which will increase load on the BEC. More than likely you won't experience any brown-outs, but if you do, the first thing to check is clean wiring
