Would anyone have a manual on this?

I must say I used to fly Lanier's... the Rebel was a wonderful plane.
Tip.. only put ailerons on the lower wing.... use a .60 engine.

Had one until I rekitted it into a tree. Flew great. I had a 65 on mine and would vertical ot of sight. Enjoy!
