JetCat ECU-V12.0
I ran into a problem using this ECU...When applying power the green LED blinks once then goes off...is that normal? Trying to get an english version manual somewhere without luck. Thanks Guys! If someone can point me to right direction...

Hi, Can you Google the manual and if it is not in English, your computer should be able to translate it to English. Maybe print it out or just save to a memory stick...
