Micro EDF Fabrication.
With the huge variety of EDF units ranging from 30 to 130mm powering my fleet I was hoping to find some micro fans well below 30mm, unfortunately with negative results, so only option was to make my own. After machining dowels in number of sizes in 24-25mm range to start with I have laminated fiber glass cloth combined with Gator silk ending up with micro light EDF shrouds to design my own power units by experimenting with tiny brushless outrunner motors spinning modified multi blade props used in micro drones.
So far ending up with a great success creating the smallest and lightest EDF powered jets to enhance my fleet.
