Default Tsunami QM racer

Hi!
In the early eighties here in Sweden we ran a pylonracing class called Quarter Midget. The class originated from the USA using 2,5cc engines.
In 1982 or 83 we switched to 3,5cc engines and allowed magic mufflers ( short tuned pipes).
Fuel was 80/20 FAI fuel ( no nitro).
I constructed a plane for this class in 1989 based on the full scale "Tsunami" pylon racer.

Tsunami Quarter Midget racer

Front of Tsunami with tru turn spinner and 7x5 APC prop.

Tsunami QM pylon racer built with balsa, covered with 25 g glas fiber/epoxy and spray painted with 2 part Spies Hecker auto paint.
Wing is cut from foam covered with 1,5mm balsa using polyurethane glue and covered with red Oracover plastic film.

MVVS 3,5cc engine with MVVS tuned pipe.
The Tsunami above was built last year (as a nostalgia project) and flown this summer. I have plans for it if someone is interested.
