Just a suggestion, but you should ditch the AM radio and get and FM. With the AM, youll be driving 500 ft away and start to get interferance.

Airtronics and Futaba make FM models at around 115.00 USD AIRtronics MX3 and Futaba 3PDF.

You will also need a charger for the 6V pack, unless you already have one.

You will also need CA glue unless you have some.

Im not familiar with your kit, however all the kits Ive put together come with fuel tubing - though most of the time its not as much as you'd like. You might as well spend 3.00 more dollars and but a 3ft length of it.

Thats all I can think of that you are missing. Anyone see anything else?

You don't need the Futaba MC600C ,, those are for electric cars/trucks

You need a throttle/brake servo instead ,,,High torque also 70-80oz min
The 9350 is a good choice for steering

Yes you will also need a starter box, charger and battery (12 volt 7 amp gell cell is best) unless you get a pullstart engine
around $100 rtr ofna "true start" is a good choice

I agreee if you're investing that much get a decent FM radio (computer preferably) as well

most likely you'll want to run a MC-9 McCoy cold plug with the 30% nitro

you'll only need the CA (tire glue) if you're not getting pre-glued tires

Great Thanks guys!
I ll probably go for the Futaba 3PDF it was in R/C- Nitro this month/last month got a v.good review and it does come sometime with 2xs3003 servos these will do for throttle/brake
The nitro content 30% is a little high Ill prolly go for 20% want the engine to last, I aint racing thats why I was gonna go with the 2PL but I dont wanna nast smash if AM is more prone to interference.
Cheers lads

I replied to your other post regarding radios and with my mbX5 set up.
http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/Radi...1279134/tm.htm

In addition to the messages already posted above:

The kit comes with enough fuel pipe. However, you should get a fuel filter.
The kit comes with good tires and wheels, but you will need CA to glue them.
-Perhaps, an extra set of hard rubber tires if you want to run on road as well.
Yes, you will need a starter box so don’t forget the battery and charger.
-I have the Ofna True Start (blue with chrome top).
Don’t forget the igniter, fuel, and a fuel bottle if you don’t already have them.

The 3003s are ok but not great, the are what's known as Standard servo they have only 48oz of torque. It's ok for opening and closing the throttle but kind weak for brakes
you want to use a high torque servo to have strong brakes
