Matt,
Pro Twisters are a lot of fun and 3D great. The kit doesn't include any hardware so you have to choose your own, but you just need standard stuff. Control horns, clevises, metal pushrods ect. Standard servos are fine. As for building one thing you should do is use a solid piece of balsa for the rear horziontal fin. The built up one vibrates to much and the weight of that extra wood helps to balance out for 3D with out adding dead weight IMHO. Buidling is real easy if you have built any other kit even if not it's still easy this was the first kit that i assembled and it came out good. I'm not sure of your flying experience but just in case you should have a computer radio with expo to tame out the plane, extremely sensitive without expo on surfaces and spoiler mixes help on harriers with this plane. One thing I would do is put the servos outside the wing not inside inverted like on instructions it's way easier to attach them this way IMHO. Building it's the same, difference is you have to cut out the bottom sheeting of the wing to fit your sevos. One cool mod you can do with this planes is glue the little vertical fin that goes on the fuse to your rudder for more counterbalance and it looks cool. .46 engine is fine and provides good power for this plane. A good prop for this plane or any other .46 profile plane is 11.5X4 oh well i'll shut up now and let some of the other guys give you some more hints I'm sure Gator can give in some good tips also since he has built many PT's!! Build it and have a blast with it!

Agree with Dan
if you build up the stab, do not put in that center peice like the show you on the plans, use a bigger peice of 1/4 balsa and turn it where the grain will run tip to tip...Gator

RE: help!! lanier pro twister
First profile I built and still fly it. I just built mine stock and it flies great. I constantly dork it in from ground level hovers and have yet to break it. Fun plane. Just fly it low and slow and you'll have a blast.
