Balsa Nova 1.20 Engine Questions
I am contimplating getting one of these planes. I have an old original YS1.20SF that needs a home. However I have seen posts that this plane can weigh anywhere from 9.5-12 pounds. I think this may be to much weight for a 1.20 4s. Seems like this plane would need a Saito 1.80, which I also have, in order to get full performance.

It'll be a bullet with a 180 on the front, you'll have plenty of room in it for a big tank, the cat, small dog, etc..
But, that's what the little stick on the left is for..
What they call a "kit" is a box of lumber...with a few cut parts..

RE: Balsa Nova 1.20 Engine Questions
If you want sick performance put a DA 50 on the front and you will not be sorry. Hovers at 1/4 throttle and has all the vertical you could ask for , with smoke and DA 50 plane weighs in at 15.25 lbs and Lands like a PT 40 on rails. I built the 80" wing and would recomend it if you have the room for it I will try to post pics
