Hornet main shaft length..

I am machining a new main shaft for a hornet outta Stainless.. Can someone tell me what the length (in mm) of this shaft is supposed to be?

Also, how far from the edges of the shaft are the holes to be drilled?

Total length = 92mm
Top hole = 15 1/2mm
Botom hole = 3mm
