Mounting a Fuji 32 on a Ultra Hots
I wanted to get into flying a gas airplane and I had the opportunity to pick up a used Ultra Hots in pristine condition. I ordered a new Fuji 32 to power the plane, and I have some questions about installation and setup. I have no paperwork or plans for the Ultra Hots and know nothing about it but for the stuff I've picked up on the net. It sounds like it's a pretty neat plane.
1. I need info on the proper centering on the firewall for engine mounting to insure the engine is installed on the proper thrust line.
2. The firewall is square to the fuselage-are gas engines offset slightly to the right to counter P factor, or are the engines mounted square?
Any other advice to assist this project would be appreciated.

RE: Mounting a Fuji 32 on a Ultra Hots
I had a Ultra Hots with a G-38. Did not have any left or right thrust, also the thrust
line is in line with the wing center.
Great flyer.

RE: Mounting a Fuji 32 on a Ultra Hots
The Fuji 32A's muffler is in back of the head, and usually a engine box is used to mount the engine. At almost 4 pounds this engine is not a killer on power to weight and usually used in scale type planes.
