Any info on the "Fusco Fiasco"
Has anybody heard of whats happening to MR. Fusco. [>:]
Have the Credit card companys, Feds or the Police caught up with him yet? and what about the people that where to have purchased the company form him any info on this, and, what is the diposition of the 1/3 Vari EZ?. [sm=confused.gif]

As far as I know the SOB hasn't been caught. I can't get a reply back from the FBI. I filed a complaint in Aug 03. Card company would not reimburse me back. So I'm still out the 1300.
There's another company making the velocity and is due for shippment in early to late spring. 80" wingspan arf.
I think the story of another company buying his was just a story. Not sure.
Dispostion of the 1/3 Vari ez is 6ft under.

If anyone has any news or suggestions, I'd like to hear them. I'm another $600+ victim with no recourse. Too much time lapsed for the CC company to do a chargeback.
If there's a pending case out there, I'd like to know about it.

Do a search on Fusco Fiasco, you won't believe it.... this guy (Fusco) made off with many six figures $$$ and disappeared. Unfortunately, I was one of the suckers.
